  I had an emergency situation to arise with my pet. I could not get a return phone call from the veterinary office I had been using. My nephew located the telephone number of this office and within less than two minutes, Amanda Curty was walking me through what to do for my pet until she could get someone into the office. She was very kind and patient and compassionate as I was at my wits end watching my pet leave this earth unexpectantly.. My pet died in my arms on the way to the pet hospital. However the compassion and kindness did not end, another young lady, Lindsey Ladd met us she was the sweetest young lady, as this hysterical pet owner stood crying in agony asking if my pet was dead in which I already knew. Lindsey was so kind, as I asked what would happen now, and she explained to me the services offered which I did purchase. My only regret is that I did not know of this office sooner. I honestly believe if I had I would not be in such agony now, and they would have known if something was wrong with my beloved pet before it was too late. If I ever get another companion this is the vet office I will make the primary care office.
